Enjoy one of the best days w/ friends & family. Sat, May 21, 5pm the 5K run/walk & Trident Challenge starts (which consists of a 5K run, 500M ocean swim & 1.5K ocean Surfboard paddle) Do it as a Relay with 3 friends or all 3 legs as a Solo. There will be Surf & fish clinics a SEAL Challenge where you will have a chance to become a SEAL. Navy jets, cannons & paratrooper start the race. Beach games, free health screenings, family activities, healthy food & much more!
